Mark the 28th of September, 2009, on your calendar, because that’s the day when Jesaiah’s new album titled “Et Tu, Hope” comes out. After their success in 2007 with the EP “Building Bunkers, Burning Bridges” this 5-piece metal band is now back with a full-length which will blow your mind. They’ve teamed up with Black Star Foundation and worked with Björn Olszweksi (Meleeh) and Magnus Björk (Children of Fall, Lack, Ariel Kill Him) to create a fierce 10-track album that is darker, more powerful, raw, and technical, whilst harnessing a softer sound than the EP.

Okay, this has happened to BatAAr since their last release “faith.” in 2008:
The band has parted ways with former vocalist Roy Ekelund, who is now replaced by Michel Kolic.”faith.” was produced by Pontus Hjelm, probably more known as the guitarist of fellow Gothenburg metal-act Dead by April, whilst GETHSEMANE is fully self-produced.

Avian Sunrise – Your Broken Fall EP

Avian Sunrise debut ep “Your Broken Fall” can be described as a sentimental cry to the audience. It’s both intimate and personal, but suprises you when you find out that it manages not to be particularly sad. The ep is extremely raw while maintining it’s delicate shape and not turning into something agressive like most work by youngsters. It’s quite special and rare when you start to think about how ones life can be so influential, that her close ones start a band (in this case a sister who struggled with depression).
