Most bands have their first demos and EPs forgotten about, once they make it big. This demo, however, should not be one of those. Whilst the band, I, the Skyline… have yet to make its impression on the world, this is by far one of the best first releases that I have heard, and I have heard a lot!

“Yersinia” is a 4 piece band from Sweden. Even if the band sings only in swedish, and you dont understand swedish, that doenst mean you can’t listen to them, or feel the emotion, and appreciate the fact that it’s very well played music. “Yersinia” has put their self-titled EP out for free download on their myspace site, so go check it out!

The album is filled with unreleased songs by bands like “Neverstore”, “Kid Down”, “Chemical Vocation”, “Herbrightskies”, and the upcomers “Hero In Action”, “Bursting Veins” and many more.

Herbrightskies är ett alternativ/rock/pop band från Jönköping. De har dock kallat sin musik för Happy Hardcore.
Jag älskar hur Herbrightskies får ihop introt med Burn All This Small Towns. Själva känslan av trycket är underbart. Deras breakdowns är sköna och väl tajmade och refrängerna är lätta att komma ihåg så man kan lätt sjunga med.
Öppningarna i Dead Agenda, Black Lungs & Dollar Signs och Come Serenity ger en smak av moshpit. Känslan av att man vill hoppa runt som en galning och bara sjunga med gör en glad.

In the world of piano-rock powergroups, the leading force seems to be “Coldplay”. For some reason, people are always comparing music, but for this EP I tried to forget any connection with any artist from that specific genre. They are not “Coldplay”, they are “Everfound”, they are better!
The thing that really suprised me with Everfound, when I typed their name into google, was the fact that they are all brothers, and extremely young. You don’t expect music like this from guys under twenty, you just don’t.
