Efter …Who Calls So Louds 2×10″ trodde jag att detta skulle vara något att verkligen se framemot, men så blev tyvärr inte fallet. Efter ett par genomlyssningar av skivan kände jag ganska mycket besvikelse. Det var inte alls lika energiskt som känsloladdat som på den Självbetitlade 2×10:an.
LP:n innehåller 2 instrumentala låtar, varav den första “Hey, I’m Outside” känns helt onödig då det är något mysko sample rakt igenom hela “låten” och gör att jag undrar lite vad det är frågan om. Men jag säger inte att resten av låtarna är dåliga, men jag hade verkligen förväntat mig mer av detta bandet.

När jag lyssnade igenom Pyramids debutskiva “Following the tracks, forcing motions through phases” första gången var det en gigantisk upplevelse. Jag hade inte hört band som kommit nära det område Pyramids rörde sig på. Vad det handlar om med deras musik är mörk, riktigt mörk, screamo. Nu kan man ju knappast anklaga genren för att bestå av upplyftande musik, men Pyramids känns som att dom tar ett steg längre bort från allt vad glädje heter.

Våra hjältar Suis La Lune är äntligen tillbaka, starkare än någonsin. Det bevisar de verkligen med denna EP:n. Heir är en otroligt uppfriskande platta fylld med fyra otroligt sköna låtar.
Det finns absolut inget att klaga på när det gäller den här plattan, men, man önskar ju att det hade varit fler låtar. För har man väl lyssnat på de sköna tonerna från “With Wings Of Feathers And Glue” så vill man bara ha mer, mer och mer. Det är omväxlande, desperat och helt magiskt.

Now and Forever is an indie-rock band from Minnesota, Usa. This four-piece band has just released their new EP “of wounds and blessings“.I was a bit doubtful about this album at the beginning, as i am a doubtful person. But the closer you look, the closer you’ll see and i teached myself to listen and look closer and i found the ep to be truly amazing. I call it amazing for a simple reason, i can feel the scene they create with their music, I can picture what they are saying with their music. For every song, you’ll find a new story and a new soundscape. AWESOME.

Safemode är ett emo-rock band som började spela ihop 2006 och består av fem killar från Uppsala. Emo-rock är uttjatat till döds och oftast låter alla dessa band likadant, det vill säga enkla catchy riffs och lite skrik här och där.
Så när jag skulle recensera Safemodes demo EP hade jag förutfattade tankar och trodde att jag visste på ett ungefär hur EPn skulle låta. Mina förutfattade tankar krossades direkt efter lyssnat genom skivan, den är unik även om jag på nått sätt redan hört det förut.

Moonlit Sailors ep “A Footprint Of Feelings” takes you on a journey full of feelings, beauty, emotions and unicorns. Well maybe not unicorns but most definetly the first three I mentioned.
The first songs is titled “A Footprint Of Feelings”. It’s a perfect for introduction of the ep. You can actually see where the lads of Moonlit Sailor want to take you, to your feelings. For me one of the most remarkable song on the ep is the second track “Night Stroll”. It starts of with cool calm guitar, which leads you to ravishing disorted bridge (as I called it) . I really liked the transmissions from one part to another in that song.
